The Sun and the Moon

Ryan's dad called me tonight and told me to go take a picture of the sunset because it was beautiful. I did, but I am not that good at sunset pictures. I took a picture of the moon as well because I didn't want it to feel left out!

Old Homes in Your Area

Kayden needed to go see two old homes in his area for a scout requirement. This is my Great Grandma Ballard's home in Benson. This is where my Grandma Richards grew up. We spent some time taking some pictures and then drove to Thatcher to see where Great Grandma Andersen grew up. We didn't take any pictures there because the people who live there are not taking care of it and it looked like crap.

Third Place!!

Kayden's team took third place in the Malad tournament on the 24th of July! It was awesome...what a way to end the season!! While we were there, Kayden participated in the Home Run Derby. He got third place and won $10! Way to go Kayden!!

Fair Pigs

Yep, it is that time of year again! Tayler and Kayden are both showing pigs this year. Kayden is way excited, this will be his first year. Tayler has become quite the expert pig farmer. She knows a lot about the animals!

Kenzie's Birthday Party

Kenzie is such a good sport. I woke up sick the day of her party. I tried to get up, shower and have her party but I was so sick. Tayler called my sister Lisa and she said I better go to the doctor. She had to take her daughter to the doctor but she took my kids and called my friend Sherri to see if she would take me to the doctor. Sherri gave me a ride. I actually ended up in the ER. It was a little longer then I thought. Ryan came home and stayed with me too. It was very nice of them not to leave me in the ER by myself. I would not have liked that. I was already scared. Anyway, about 3:00 I was finally able to come home. Tayler was so good and called everyone and changed the party. Everyone was so good to adjust their schedule. The party ended up being kind of short because we had to go weigh pigs!! Tayler and her friend ran the entire party. They were using it as a goal for their personal progress, what sweet girls!!

Mini Color Guard Camp

Kenzie went to Mini Color Guard camp. She was afraid it was going to take up her whole day. After she was finished, she was so glad she went. She had so much fun! Her teachers must of been really good because she knew exactly what she was suppose to do. I was very impressed with the camp. It ran very smoothly and Kenzie had fun! Plus, they got cute shirts!!

Dinner and the Favorites

My parents were camping up Logan Canyon. We went to have dinner with them. This is a picture of my sister, dad and brother.


These two dogs have become the "favorites" in the family. You should see Kenzie when she sees them! She is so scared of dogs. She will sit on my mom's table until they are put in the kennel!

FHE

For family night, we took Kenzie to Texas Roadhouse for a birthday dinner. She wanted to go some where, where they would sing to her. She totally loved he attention. Then we decided to ride the Front Runner to SLC. We waked around the Gateway and then road it home. It was quite the adventure as this was our first time riding it! Fun times with the family!
