Mighty Mite Football
Football season has officially started and I have officially forgotten my camera to every game!! Tonight Greg sent Ryan and I some pictures yeah!! So I have two pictures I can blog. I will really try and remember the camera this Saturday!!
This is Kayden's catch. Kayden usually plays center not tight end but the last play of the game, he got to play tight end. He caught the ball and ran as hard as he could! You could tell he really wanted to score a touchdown. It took a couple of kids to finally tackle him. He is the one with the ball, he is not #35.

This is Tyson pancaking another kid. Ryan is so impressed with this picture because he says Tyson has his hands right where he told him to put them. You gotta love coaching moments like that! This is what happens when kids play football!! Hopefully this kid is not hurt too bad. Gotta love the game of football! There is a lot of testosterone out there on the field!! I am starting to understand the game a little more. I learn something new every game... usually from Kayden!! He He!!

Kenzie's Baptism
What a day full of mixed emotions! I am so happy for Kenzie, yet I was so sad. She is my "baby". It was very hard to watch my youngest get baptized. It was a very nice day. Thanks to all my friends and family for all your support. We had a wonderful baptism and dinner afterwards. I think I messed up and told both sides of the family to bring salads. I was going to tell one of them to bring desserts. My friend Peggy saved the day with some Rice Krispie treats! They are my favorite. Ryan's sisters ran to the store and got us some cookies so that was nice. Thanks everyone!

School Begins!
August 31, 2009 was the first day of school for the 2009-2010 school year. The kids had a hard time going to bed. They were excited and nervous. The excitement started the night before. Ryan gave all of us a father's blessing... yes even me. It was a great way to end the summer. August 31, was a nice hot but beautiful day. The kids all wore shorts!
